Support for Partners in Health's COVID-19 Response

As a team of McMaster University students committed to the quest to secure a healthier and more prosperous world for the millions who still lack access to affordable and quality healthcare worldwide, McMaster Students for Partners in Health (SPIH McMaster) is an avid supporter of PIH Canada's global initiatives. At times of crisis such as this, our support for PIH Canada assumes an even greater level of importance. It is for this reason that we are mobilizing in response to PIH's urgent need for global solidarity in the fight against COVID-19 in some of the worst effected and most vulnerable regions of the world where healthcare systems remain ill-equipped to handle this new threat. Through channeling financial support towards PIH's four-pronged COVID-19 strategy, we unite with SPIH chapters across Canada in a much-needed effort to secure the resources PIH needs to save lives and build more resilient healthcare systems.
