    Send Emergency Aid to Sudan and Refugees from Sudan<\/span><\/p>\n","explanatory_text":"

    Sudan has now faced 10 months of armed conflict which has displaced nearly 11 million people. On April 15th, 2023, armed clashes erupted amongst the military and paramilitary, two main factions of the military regime in Sudan. These clashes have also affected Sudan\u2019s neighboring countries including Chad, Ethiopia and South Sudan some of which have already suffered due to disputes over resources including farmland along their borders. A three day ceasefire allowed some Sudanese refugees the ability to flee to other countries including Egypt, Chad, Ethiopia and South Sudan.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    Since the clashes began an estimated 33,000 people have been wounded and more than 13,000 civilians and fighters have been killed. Millions of refugees are expected to be in need of assistance as they flee to neighbouring countries while Sudan will require shelter, safety, basic supplies and lifesaving support.<\/span><\/p>\n","button_text":"","button_link":"","row_settings":[{"row_header":"Urgent action is critical as clashes between the two factions continue to increase.
