registered, active, and fundraising with CanadaHelps.<\/p>\n<p>You will receive the referral rewards if:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"list-disc\">\n<li>The referred organization is a CRA-registered charity<\/li>\n<li>They begin fundraising between Sept 15 \u2013 Nov 15, 2025, using at least one of our tools: Customizable Donation Forms (CDFs), Event, or Peer-to-peer (P2P) AND<\/li>\n<li>They raise $5 or more in revenue between that time period via our CDF, Event, or P2P tools<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Once these criteria are met, your rewards will be confirmed and delivered after Nov 15, 2025. There\u2019s no limit. Each successful referral qualifies for a separate reward. Eligible referrers have been chosen based on their active use of our fundraising tools, engagement with CanadaHelps marketing activities, and are in good standing as customers.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-white\">To qualify as an eligible referral, the referring charity must submit the referral by September 15, 2025. The referred charity must be a CRA-registered charity that has not set up CanadaHelps\u2019 Customizable Donation Forms (CDFs), Events, or Peer-to-Peer (P2P) tools.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-white\">A successful referral is one in which the referred charity registers with CanadaHelps and raises a minimum of $5 using at least one of the following tools: CDF. Events, or P2P, between Sept 15 \u2013 Nov 15, 2025. All rewards will be shared with the recipients after Nov 15, 2025.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"text-white\">Referral Rewards:<\/h3>\n<p class=\"text-white\">Rewards are offered as part of this program. These benefits are intended to support charitable work and do not constitute personal gain. As such, they are not considered taxable income by the CRA and should not trigger any special reporting requirements when used appropriately by the registered charity.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"text-white\">Misuse &#038; Disqualification:<\/h3>\n<p class=\"text-white\">CanadaHelps prohibits self-referrals and misuse of the program. Examples of prohibited conduct include, but are not limited to:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"list-disc text-white\">\n<li class=\"text-white\">Referring your own organization under a different name or email.<\/li>\n<li class=\"text-white\">Creating multiple fake referrals.<\/li>\n<li class=\"text-white\">Using misleading claims or unauthorized CanadaHelps branding.<\/li>\n<li class=\"text-white\">Spamming individuals or organizations with unsolicited or irrelevant referral requests.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"text-white\">CanadaHelps reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time, and to disqualify participants who violate these terms.
