Fund for Zimbabwean Journalism Student - Mbonisi Zikhali

Mbonisi is a young writer from Zimbabwe whose dream is to build on his journalistic skills through the graduate program at Carleton University, and return to his township to establish a community newspaper. However, Mbonisi comes from a very poor background. Emily Wilson, who met Mbonisi in 2008, was inspired by his story and has set herself a challenge to raise $20,000 to help pay for Mbonisi’s living costs during his studies.
