Our Mission

L.I.G.H.T. LEADERSHIP (leaders in God's House Training) is an online and in person ministry of Frontline Church in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada with a simple, but focused vision statement- "Equipping Leaders To Rise Up And Fulfill Their God-Given Destiny!" The mandate of L.I.G.H.T. is to train and prepare Christians of all backgrounds to become strong, anointed and spiritually mature leaders in Christ with a heavy emphasis on godly character. This is accomplished first and foremost through the teaching of God's Word and much prayer. 

About L.I.G.H.T. Leadership 

"Leaders In God's House Training" was created by Pastor Mike Knoll and established in 2020. Now in its fifth year, L.I.G.H.T. has spread to Africa in Uganda and Ghana with 80 plus leaders trained and equipped to serve in their local churches and outreaches. This is very exciting to experience the blessing of God upon this basic course centering on spiritual and practical preparation for ministry leadership. This is a free course which operates on donations from the participants and from those who are passionate about supporting Christian leadership in the House of God. The course consists of 12 sessions that are vital in developing effective leadership. The proven candidates earn a certificate upon completion of the course. L.I.G.H.T.
