About This Charity

The Ridge Meadows Hospice Society is a registered not-for-profit charitable organization funded through grants, memberships, donations, and fundraising. Our palliative and grief support programs are offered free of charge in Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows for individuals and their families who are living with a life-limiting illness or who are coping with the loss of a loved one.
