The 110 Arts Cooperative provides access to scarce and crucial downtown short-term rental space at below-market rates for arts and culture organizations, as well as other not-for-profits. 

The facility (the Post at 750) is operated by the 110 Arts Cooperative, formed by representatives of the four permanent tenants. The co-operative model was consciously chosen to fulfill both the nature of the tenant partnership and the social enterprise business model that would sustain operations and serve the needs of the local arts, cultural, and creative communities.

Under this model, emerging artists and organizations are able to access centrally-located, professionally-equipped spaces at low cost, a rare resource particularly in the downtown core. With common spaces designed to encourage chance meetings and interactions, informal connections between renters and tenants provide connections and cross-pollinations that may otherwise not happen, and enrich the city’s cultural networks.

The four permanent tenants and members of the 110 Arts Cooperative are: PuSh International Performing Arts Festival Society, the Touchstone Theatre Society, Music on Main Society and The Documentary Media Society (producers of the annual DOXA Documentary Film Festival.)
