About Alzheimer Society Southwest Partners
The Alzheimer Societies of Elgin-St. Thomas, London-Middlesex, and Oxford have been supporting families living with dementia for over 30 years. On July 1, our three organizations officially unified to become the Alzheimer Society Southwest Partners. This unification will help us serve more people while providing a greater depth of education, counselling, and recreation programs throughout the region.
Currently there are more than 13,000 people living with dementia in our region. The Alzheimer Society Southwest Partners provides hope, relief and support to these individuals, their families and care partners. Through social work counselling, support groups, education, and recreation we partner with our clients throughout their journey with dementia.
