At CMHA Thames Valley Addiction & Mental Health Services we cultivate hope, resilience and community for those who live with or are impacted by mental illness and/or addiction.

We are incredibly excited about our new strategic direction (2024-27), guided by our new mission: "Provide timely mental health and addiction services, education, and advocacy to ignite hope and support change for all." The integration of addiction and mental health services resulting from our amalgamation four years ago has been transformative for our communities.

We strive to strengthen local services through cross-county programming, curate innovative and collaborative approaches to care and achieve our vision of resilience for all through positive mental health and freedom from addiction.
