ActionDignity’s mission is to work together with ethnocultural, racialized, and equity-seeking groups to create transformational changes in our communities and society.

ActionDignity’s strength lies in engaging and empowering racialized grassroots leaders and community members to design and deliver culturally appropriate initiatives that better their community members’ lives and advocate for more equitable systems. Examples include enhancing community members’ access to services, empowering people to participate fully in civic activities, enriching the lives of community members, and advocating for policy change at the systems level. The cornerstones of our approach are our Platform Strategy and Broker Strategy.

We aim to design and deploy ways of working that boost collective impact by:
