We believe in the potential of youth to be leaders, thinkers, and influencers in our world. This is why ADSA is committed to the development of youth in the areas of Critical Thinking, Research, Analytical Thought, Public Speaking, Teamwork, Leadership and Creativity.

The Alberta Debate and Speech Association (ADSA) is a nonprofit, charitable organization. It was founded by a group of educators who believed in providing quality education to all Alberta students. Today, ADSA proudly serves over 50 member schools and is governed by a volunteer board consisting of teachers who work with the students in the classroom.

We promote speech and debate activities in English and French in the areas of: Language Arts, Drama, Social Studies, and Science throughout the Province.
