The Ambleside Orchestra is a growing and maturing multigenerational community orchestra based in North Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Our members enjoy the fun of making music with people of all ages—from fourteen to ninety-something—and from all walks of life. We perform an advanced repertoire and work hard to improve our level of musicianship. Opportunities are provided for young developing musicians and for local composers. We present up to eight mainstage and community concerts of varied orchestral repertoire each year, across the North Shore and in Vancouver.
