Empowering women and children in Ethiopia through education, entrepreneurship and health initiatives. Our 4E Principles are: Engage,  Educate, Enable, and Empower. We have been engaged in Ethiopia for over 20years now. Before proposing a new project or program, we educate ourselves by listening to what the needs and goals are from our stakeholders in Ethiopia. With thanks to our donors, we are able to obtain the resources required to enable the recipients to advance their education, health and economic independence. Once enabled, trained, and supported, the recipients are empowered to not only succeed individually, but as a community.
