Established in 2004, the Children’s Safety Village (CSV) in Belleville, Ontario is a registered non-profit organization dedicated to delivering life-saving safety education to children and youth through immersive, experiential learning. The Village is designed as a miniature town—complete with scaled-down streets, traffic signals, road signs, and buildings—creating a realistic yet controlled environment for children to learn how to navigate real-world risks safely.

CSV operates under the guiding principle: “Involve me and I will understand.” This philosophy drives the hands-on, interactive nature of all programming, ensuring that children don’t just hear about safety—they experience it in action.
