Established in 1957, Bellwoods Centres for Community Living Inc. is a charitable, not-for-profit organization that provides community-based support services for people with physical disabilities who wish to live independently.

For more than 65 years, Bellwoods has been committed to removing barriers and fostering inclusive environments where people with disabilities can live safely, with dignity, and fully participate in community life.

We support adults with physical disabilities through personalized services designed to promote independence, choice, and belonging. Our approach focuses on accessible housing, individualized supports, and inclusive community spaces that empower people to live life on their own terms.

Bellwoods provides 24-hour personal support services, accessible housing, and transitional care for individuals with complex physical disabilities. Serving residents across multiple locations in Toronto, we work closely with each person to tailor supports that reflect their goals, daily routines, and lived experiences.
