The mission of the Brain Injury Association of North Bay and Area ("BIANBA") is to enhance the lives of individuals living with the effects of acquired brain injury, and their families, through education, awareness and support.
BIANBA strives to provide educational and social opportunities for persons with a brain injury and their caregivers. We also work to increase public and professional awareness of the challenges and needs of people living with the effects of brain injury. We encourage volunteers to become involved with attaining these goals.
By working with the Ontario Brain Injury Association ("OBIA"), we provide a Peer Support Program that matches brain injury survivors and caregivers with Mentors.
BIANBA is a local non-profit charitable organization, and we are member driven.
