We believe you should always be able to count on your library. We believe in being bold and taking risks to achieve great things. 

As the community's centre for literacy and lifelong learning, the Library wants to ensure community members of all ages think of the Library as the place they want to be. When they're here, we know we can help make a real difference - and engage them with exciting, interactive and educational programs and services.

In order to continue to grow our child and youth, seniors and newcomers, programs we must ensure we have the tools to do so. Acquiring computers, tablets, 3-D printers, and sound studio technology are beyond the basic operations budget for a library. To exceed our current level of service it is imperative we have the equipment to support the over 6,000 free programs offered to the people of our city.
