The CKSF is a non-profit organization established for Korean students in the Calgary area, with the main goal of supporting their educational growth and development. This scholarship foundation encourages and supports the academic achievements of Korean and Canadian students with outstanding academic records and leadership abilities by providing scholarships.The foundation selects scholarship recipients based on various criteria including academic performance, community service activities, financial need, and achievements in the arts and sports, awarding scholarships and bursaries. This support is provided to university students as well as those in medical, dental, and law programs, helping them to focus on their studies without financial burdens.The CKSF contributes to the development of the Canadian and Korean community through close cooperation with the local community and continuously works for the educational success of the students. An annual scholarship ceremony is held to celebrate the achievements of the selected students and to deliver their scholarships.The financial support from the scholarship foundation aims for Korean students in Calgary to grow into talented young individuals who will lead the future of Canada, contributing to the realization of their dreams and goals.
