The gluten-free diet can be intimidating. How do I read labels? What is safe to eat? What does cross-contamination really mean?

Mark Johnson, president of CCA's Ottawa Chapter, will confidently walk you through how to start on this journey.

You'll be able to type in questions to help you get some further clarification.
