The mission of CANHAVE CHILDREN'S CENTRE (Canadians Helping AIDS Victims with Education) is to provide educational support to Ugandan HIV/AIDS-affected orphans; and offer care and support to the CANHAVE children so that they may develop mentally, spiritually and physically and become independent, contributing members of Ugandan society.
"CANHAVE" is a Registered Canadian Charitable Non-Governmental Organization.

CANHAVE (CANadians Helping AIDS Victims with Education)is headquartered in Ottawa.
CANHAVE CHILDREN'S CENTRE has two inter-related programs: The Children's Program which educates and cares for 100 HIV/AIDS-affected orphans and The Trade School Program which develops and manages the CANHAVE Trade School in Kisubi, Uganda, with a view to making its operation increasingly sustainable over the long-term, and, at the same time, to provide post-secondary education to CANHAVE children. Course offerings include catering, hairdressing, tailoring and carpentry.
