CEYS - Career & Employment Youth Services helps youth in Brandon, Manitoba and area with all aspects of their job search.
CEYS is a non-profit charitable organization that has been helping Youth from Brandon and the Westman area for over 35 years.
Our Mission Statement is to enable Brandon’s youth to enhance their skills, maximize their potential and market themselves effectively to prepare for, obtain and maintain employment.
We are a project of Service Canada funded through the Youth Employment and Skills Strategy (YESS) Program of Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC).
Our program has been in jeopardy of closing numerous times with the funding being allocated at the very last moment and not all costs being covered. Continuity is vital to youth that may have little support in their home lives. Continuous funding allows us to support those youth, young people in jeopardy or not receiving the help needed to succeed.
Any donation amount helps in being able to ensure that our doors will always be open we have had numerous success stories and here is an excerpt from one of our clients who was in dire need of help for employment so she could succeed in life, not only for herself but for her children.
