CORE – Centre for Opportunities, Respect, and Empowerment – supports adults with developmental disabilities and dual diagnosis to engage in lifelong learning activities that encourage self-determination and social inclusion. We are a non-profit organization funded by the Ontario Ministry of Community and Social Services, and we also count on community support to enrich the quality of our programs and to support the overall efforts of the organization.
