Our Mission
By enriching services, educating the public, and engaging our community, the Children's Centre Foundation improves the lives of children, youth and families in Thunder Bay.
About Our Organization
The Foundation supports a number of initiatives in the community, including preventative programming in schools, awareness campaigns, and mental health education for parents and teachers. We build partnerships with organizations, businesses and individuals to provide mental health education and training to strengthen our community's capacity to support one another.
We ENRICH services by providing financial support for children's mental wellness programs and services that are not funded or are underfunded from other sources.
We EDUCATE the public by proactively promoting awareness about children's mental health issues through the media, educational campaigns, and special events.
We ENGAGE the community by participating in public events and fundraisers, and collaborating with our partners.
