The mandate of Career Transitions is twofold. First, we inspire our emerging workforce by introducing them to the wide range of career pathways that are available to them. We wish to motivate the up and coming dreamers and doers. We demonstrate that they can create their own path, regardless of where their journey begins - in trades, business, agriculture, service, STEM, or health. Second, we support our business and industry partners to build a future talent pipeline. We accomplish these goals by coordinating activities that bring these two groups together. Everything we do facilitates quality interactions and hands-on opportunities to explore. When students make better-informed choices about their futures, our industry partners will benefit, our economy will grow and our communities will thrive.
