We bring hope, belonging, and independence to children, youth, and adults with developmental needs (and their families) by offering programs and services that promote participation and engagement. We envision a community in which all individuals are included, accepted, and valued.

About Clements Centre 

We are a provincially registered not-for-profit organisation and a federally registered charity.  All services provided by our charity meet the rigorous international standards set by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities.

Our charity is the only public resource in the Cowichan Region that provides developmental services for an entire lifespan--for infants to seniors. The demand for our specialized care is increasing rapidly.  The number of children alone that we serve has tripled over the past decade.

Currently, we are campaigning to raise funds for speech language therapy, occupational therapy, and physiotherapy for our local children. More than 300 children are waitlisted for these services.  With your contribution, you can help shorten the wait so children can access our care at a time when it will have the greatest impact on their lives.
