About Davenport-Perth Neighbourhood and Community Health Centre
Davenport-Perth is a multi-service agency located in the west end of Toronto. At DPNCHC we encourage people to work together and take action to improve the political, social, economic, spiritual and cultural life of the whole community. Working in partnership with other community and city-wide organizations, we provide support and a wide range of flexible, responsive and barrier-free services to help our participants effectively manage the issues, concerns and problems they are facing.
