The Early Childhood Intervention Program, Regina Region Inc. (ECIP) is a community based, charitable, non-profit organization. ECIP has been in the Regina area for over 40 years, and it currently provides free early intervention services to children.  We currently provide services within approximately a two-hour radius, including 18 First Nations.  We support all families in the community of their choosing. 

We have a team of Early Childhood Consultants that work with families who have children 0-6 years of age, whose development is delayed or at risk for delays. We strengthen families’ skills and supports through home visiting and community connections, to help assist their child to reach their fullest potential. Good quality early intervention services improve outcomes for children, families, and communities.
