Information sur les billets

La vente de billets pour cet événement est maintenant terminée.

Mindful of how busy back to school season is for everyone, we request the honour of your absence. (Please don’t come!)

The doors will NOT open at 6:00pm. Dinner will NOT be served at 7:00pm. Mayor Maurizio Bevilacqua will NOT deliver remarks at 7:30pm. NO ONE will dance until midnight (unless they do so in their living rooms).

You're encouraged to add up the expenses you’d normally incur to attend a gala, and instead donate those funds directly to the Elspeth Heyworth Centre for Women. Charitable tax receipts will be issued for the full amount of each donation.

Your RSVP gift to NOT attend the No-Show Peacock Ball provides local women and their families with support to help spark their dreams and ignite a future of possibility.

By not attending this event you will save:

õ $50 on spa services

õ $75 on a babysitter

õ $100 on raffle tickets

õ $200 on your event ticket

õ $300 on a new dress or suit

õ and of course, your time

With those savings you can donate:

õ $50 to fund  healthy snacks  at one of our workshops

õ $75 to fund  a Breast Cancer Screening awareness workshop

õ $100 to fund a crisis counselling session for a woman leaving an abusive situation

õ $200 to fund a workshop on resume and interview skills

õ $300 to fund a job fair at a local women’s shelter

õ An amount of your choice. We will use the money to continue to support women with our award winning programs.
