EmotionsBC is a compassionate and peer-led community supporting families and caregivers who have loved ones facing mental health challenges. We offer practical skills, shared experience, and a space for connection—helping people strengthen relationships, reduce isolation, and find a sense of hope.

EmotionsBC was created to be able to support people immediately and on an ongoing basis, without multiple barriers to face, with supports provided by people with lived experience - whether it's a loved one who's struggled/struggling with mental health challenges/mental illness, or staff/volunteers themselves.
