For over two decades, Ergo Arts Theatre has committed to being a company that is curious about our world; that explores issues and ideas that move us; and that is dedicated to supporting and featuring Canadian artists and their work.

What is most important for Ergo Arts is making the experience of theatre accessible for both audiences and participants. In a time when, globally, building walls and ‘othering’ has prevailed, we work to provide a local antidote. We want to create opportunities for artists and the public to be a part of a shared experience, to exchange stories and glean truths that can transform the way we think and live.
