The indigenous youth have been over many decades seeking the support of being independent and now has the opportunity to flourish. They believe their voices can contribute to the healthy life ways of our people. When communities go through preventable tragedies it is always asked what does our youth need, and again over decades youth have simply said, “Just ask us”.

The mission of the “Eshkiniigjik Naandwechigegamig - A Place for Healing Our Youth" – “Aabiish Gaa Binjibaaying – Where Did We Come From?” is to prepare our Youth to make ethical choices that will foster pride and confidence by instilling our youth with values of the Medicine Wheel.

Indigenous Youth of today are pleased to announce that they are now working toward implementing their programming and services independently.  They provide guidance through their 9 member Youth Council and receive guidance through their 9 member Board and Executive Director.

Please help us support our dream in our programming and services toward; Case Management, Counselling, education, cultural/social/recreational programming and purchasing our own building to offer our peers wrap around services.
