ESS Support Services is an accredited community support agency that has been supporting older adults, adults with disabilities, families and caregivers in the Etobicoke community and GTA since 1983.

We help older adults live independently, stay active and connected in their community.  We also provide supports and respite for caregivers and families and opportunities for community members to volunteer. 

Our programs and services include:

• Weekly wellness and social calls to provide support check-ins and reduce social isolation.
• In-person and virtual health and wellness programming such as exercise, dance, social and recreational activities to seniors and older adults.
• Adult day programs for adults with memory-related impairments (such as Alzheimer’s and dementia) and support for their caregivers.
• Transportation to medical appointments, grocery shopping and community programs.
• In-home and overnight respite services for seniors who need companionship and a helping hand at home, and caregivers needing an extended break from care giving.
• Caregiver Support Group for people care giving for family members with Alzheimer’s disease or a related memory impairment.
• Education, wellness tools, and social activities for caregivers of older adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities.
