Evangelical Christian Trust is a Canadian charity working in the northern Philippines, primarily among the Ga'dang people in four provinces: Mountain Province, Ifugao, Isabela, and Nueva Vizcaya. We facilitate access to good community health programs and medical care. We give assistance and training to Ga'dang church leaders and  pastors. We provide educational materials, and assist Ga'dang college students through to graduation and career placement.  Many of these college graduates have also shouldered leadership roles in the Ga'dang churches in fifteen communities. Mike and Verna Walrod (now residing in Abbotsford) are leading ECT, having worked with the Ga'dang language community in Bible translation and community development since the 1970's.
