Rescuing Food. Impacting Lives. 

Food for Life is a registered, accredited charitable organization that rescues and redistributes millions of pounds of surplus food, including fruits, vegetables, proteins, and diary, each year from local farmers, wholesalers, and grocery stores.

This year we will rescue close to 5 million lbs. of healthy food and distribute it to over 4,000 households each week through 100 food access programs across Halton and Hamilton. Every $10 donated provides $62.50 worth of food and groceries to neighbours in need.
