Friends of Toronto Public Library – North Chapter and South Chapter (Friends of TPL)
For over 35 years, with generous support from dedicated members and revenue generated from special sales and BOOKEnds used book stores at the Toronto Reference Library and near the North York Central Library, the Friends of Toronto Public Library, North and South have raised funds & donated $3.5 million collectively to support vital TPL initiatives. Friends of TPL have provided vital funding to enhance TPL’s Leading to Reading Children’s Literacy Program, Young Voices Magazine, as well as, the Elementary School Outreach Program, and more.
