Health Sciences North Foundation raises funds to support healthcare excellence through the purchase of innovative equipment, investments in future capital projects, and the advancement of life-saving research at HSN for patients across Northeastern Ontario. 

HSN is Northeastern Ontario’s regional specialized referral and academic health sciences centre. HSN provides high-quality health services, supports learning, and generates research that improves health outcomes for the people of  Northeastern Ontario. 

Dedicated to excellence in healthcare, education, research, offering cutting-edge medical services, while training the next generation of health professionals, HSN provides advanced medical services and specialized care to patients across the region.  

HSN serves as a dependable resource for 23 hospitals across Northeastern Ontario, offering a variety of programs and services that meet many patient care needs, with leading regional programs in the areas of cardiac care, oncology, pediatrics, nephrology, trauma and rehabilitation.
