Healthy Families Healthy Futures is a non profit society and registered charity which supports children and their families in North Central Alberta - Whitecourt, Barrhead, Westlock, Athabasca, Lac La Biche, Smoky Lake, Thorhild, Mayerthorpe, Lac Ste. Anne County and surrounding areas. Our main office is in Westlock Alberta.

Home Visitation offers in-home mentorship, from a dedicated support person, starting as early as pregnancy and extending for the first six years of a child’s life. Parents are equipped with the tools and skills they need to stimulate and nurture their child’s development.

The Westlock Family Connections Program supports families through parent-child activities and scheduled parent education classes.

The goal of the Parent Child Assistance program is to prevent and decrease the use of alcohol and/or drugs during pregnancy.

FASD Mentorship program supports people who are affected by prenatal exposure to alcohol. 

Thrive (Prevention of Relationship Abuse) provides one to one support for individuals impacted by the effects of family violence, relationship abuse, or elder abuse.
