Our Vision

Through friendship-based support we will seek opportunities for every person dealing with social, financial and spiritual poverty to develop relationships, share in resources and feel welcomed into God’s family.

About Helping Hands Street Mission

With the help of dedicated volunteers we provide friendship-based support to anyone who needs community, access to resources, and hope during difficult times.

Our cafe is located at 351 Barton Street E. and is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 1 - 4 pm. At the same time, we have a free clothing store open next door (349 Barton St E) where the community can come for free clothing, bedding, personal hygiene items and more - all donated by the greater community - friends sharing their closets with friends.

We also host a variety of programs, including Ladies' Craft group, Men's and Women's Bibles Study groups, "Introduction to Worship", and various types of Community Outreach.
