Our Mission

Set in the beautiful surroundings of the Haliburton Highlands in central Ontario, Canada, Highlands Opera Studio provides advanced operatic experience to a select group of talented young professionals with the main objective to provide these singers with the necessary skills to embark on a career in opera.

About Highlands Opera Studio

Each year, a select group of singers are chosen to participate in either the Professional Program – which includes being cast in the main productions or our Independent Study program. Available to all singers are concert performance opportunities, and access to Professional Consultants providing vocal master classes, individual voice lessons, movement classes, stagecraft coaching and professional development opportunities.
