We are a non-profit organization focused on working with and serving:
- Churches & Organizations: We provide specific training and support to churches and organizations in Canada that are willing to partner with and mentor men and women who are newly released from prison.
- Chaplains & Prisons: We assist prison chaplains and staff from correctional facilities to work with local organizations that have been carefully vetted and trained for an effective continuum of care from prison to society.
- Candidates: By training and equipping those that we serve, we hope to play a vital role in breaking the cycle of crime. With the help of our tireless staff and volunteers, we organize in-depth training events, fundraisers and community-building events.
- Partners: We collaborate with professionals in their fields to consider legal requirements, ethical codes, and moral sensitivities as we continually develop and improve our modules for prison aftercare/re-entry.
- Society: We help decrease the recidivism rate (crime re-offence rate) in Canada. Currently 6.3 out of every 10 former inmates will end up back in prison. We can help change this!
