Journey House is Canadian registered charitable organization (no. 77320 6693 RR0001), created by Destiny’s Way Support Services, that incorporates a supported independent living model located in the residential community of Ottawa South West, for adults with diagnosed developmental and intellectual exceptionalities. In keeping with a truly person-centred and relational approach to supporting desegregated living, the residents are encouraged to become integrated and connected with their community through a range of innovative activities of daily living, that enhance a sense of belonging and personal identity.
