On Sunday, March 24th, we will be working our Mitochondria to spin our pedals all while raising awareness and funds for MitoCanada. 

The Charity Spin will be a 2 hour event with a 1-hour high energy spin class.  The class will be an immersive and communal fitness experience led by a knowledgeable and inspirational instructor. Whether it be through a choreographed or goal oriented ride, MOVATI is where SWEAT and ENDORPHINS collide.



When: March 24, 2019 from 12-2pm
Where: Movati Athletic 2036 Appleby Line, Burlington ON L7L 6M6
Who: Anyone who is interested in supporting MitoCanada and loves a challenging Spin at a first class facility.
Price: $25 per person - limited to 30 persons
Schedule: 12pm arrival and welcome to Movati, 12:15 - 12:30 tour of facility, 12:30 - 12:45 change, 12:45 - 1:00 warmup , 1:00 - 2:00 Spin!
