Shine a Light on our Youth

This is NROCRC’s single-largest annual fundraiser in support of our youth programs. The volunteer, staff, and board member run event features an inspiring guest speaker, a delicious buffet dinner, live entertainment, dancing, and a fantastic selection of packages through our live and silent auctions.

Each year, more than 200 supporters from community-minded businesses and organizations, politicians, and local leaders, come out for a fun night to raise awareness on child and youth mental health and wellness. They also work to raise the profile of NROCRC and the vital services that we offer.

Your generous support of our event will directly help NROCRC continue providing our programs and services to our community; an investment in NROCRC is an investment the future of our community.

Our goal this year is to raise $25,000.

This year, we're celebrating Canada's 150th year!

We will have a delicious dinner, amazing silent and live auction packages & other fun games, followed by an exciting night of live entertainment and dancing.

We're excited to welcome back Dylan Black from Boom 99.7 as our gracious MC and Auctioneer, along with Free Rails and our After School Kids Program for performances!

À propos de cet organisme

The Nepean, Rideau and Osgoode Community Resource Centre (NROCRC) is a much needed, well-used community service organization that helps vulnerable individuals and families lead better lives. NROCRC is non-profit charitable organization and our services and programs are free. The community our agency serves is large, diverse and mobile. Immigrant families, families new to the area, youth, and a growing seniors population, present a wide variety of needs. NROCRC supports the largest population-over 200,000 people-and serves the largest physical territory of all of Ottawa's community resource centres. Come in and visit us at our location in the Emerald Plaza.
