QDF is an arts service organization dedicated to supporting, representing, and lobbying on behalf of English-language theatre in Quebec

Through community-focused initiatives, both in-person and digital, QDF strives to ensure the continued growth and enrichment of sustainable artistic practices and ecologies for English language theatre arts in Quebec.

Since 1972, QDF has been serving the needs of the English-language theatre community in Quebec. With hundreds of members, we are committed to providing advocacy, resources, and educational initiatives that support and strengthen our artistic community.

Support QDF: 

- Advocacy: Now more than ever, having QDF actively represent its members and community across all levels of government, granting agencies, as well as national and international associations is of utmost importance. We’re also helping to keep our community informed through our Weekly resource Roundup. This important work requires time and resources but its impacts are far reaching. 

- Professional Development and Community Promotion: Through initiatives like our Artist Spotlights, Peer to Peer Learning Program, and Serving Up Knowledge Sessions we are ensuring that our community continues to be fostered with growth and development.
