Designed to encourage a life-long healthy lifestyle, the Apex Martial Arts Summer Camp engages in team sports, teaches important life skills and provides nutritious home-cooked meals; a unique mind, body and soul experience! From July 18 until August 12, the children you help sponsor will have an unforgettable time. Every day starts with an hour-long martial arts class, followed by yoga, team sports and outdoor activities. Afternoons are filled with activities to build life-skills and core values. These include swimming lessons, painting classes, and critical thinking exercises. Children are provided with nutritious home-cooked meals, and are educated on healthy eating through experience with the on-site organic strawberry farm, trips to local markets, and even an educational excursion to a chocolate factory.
