Birthright Victoria is a non-profit charitable society providing friendship and support for more than 20 years to women facing unplanned pregnancy. Our parent organization, Birthright International, has chapters across Canada, the United States, and Africa, as well as operating a 24/7 North American toll-free Helpline.  Birthright Victoria is supported by devoted volunteers, local fund-raising efforts such as fudge and plant sales, our summer Strollerthon, and private donations.

Birthright services include:

• Free pregnancy testing
• Information on prenatal development and pregnancy options
• A safe place to talk through conflicted or ambivalent emotions
• Friendship & emotional support
• Medical, doula, and midwife referrals
• Concrete assistance: free maternity and baby clothing to ongoing clients
• Access to our Helpline 24/7
• Ongoing contact through visits or phone calls for as long as the client wants
