About YWCA Calgary
YWCA Calgary is one of the largest and longest serving social service organizations in Calgary. During our more than 100-year history, we have touched tens of thousands of lives and have continually evolved our programming to meet the changing needs of vulnerable women and their families in the community. Through the provision of emergency shelters, housing, counselling, childcare and skill development, YW Calgary continues to empower women who may be struggling with poverty, homelessness, family violence or isolation. With our support, YW helps women move from a position of vulnerability to one of sustainable strength and opportunity.
