Who we are.
At Sanctuary, we are building a healthy, welcoming community where people who are poor or excluded are particularly valued.
Sanctuary is both a church and a community. Among us, some are homeless, while others are housed. Some are sober, and others use substances. Some of us experience privilege and comfort, while others face deep challenges.
What we do.
The core of what we do is simply living life together and building friendships. We walk alongside one another through every moment—from doctor’s appointments to birthday celebrations, from facing evictions to finding homes, from jail visits to family reunions, from mourning loss to celebrating life and restored relationships. Here, everyone is welcome.
To support this shared life, we offer various initiatives, including community meals, street outreach, a health clinic, an arts program, and Sunday services.
