Who We Are: St. Paul's United is part of a ecumenical Shared Ministry formed on October 15, 2024.  In a world that is divided we are finding new ways to work together with Saint Andrew's Presbyterian.

St. Paul's and Saint Andrew's have a shared history and prior to 1925 our ancestors were all part of one church.  After 100 years apart we are learning to live together in new and dynamic ways.  We honour both traditions and foster respect for diversity and difference. 

Our Call:  As disciples of Christ, empowered by the Spirit, Glorifying God and rejoicing in service, we seek to embody, bold discipleship, daring spirituality, daring justice.  

What We Do: Live out our faith by sharing our gifts of time, talent, and treasure for the betterment of our local, regional, and global community.

No matter your age, background, circumstances, or means, you're always welcome at St. Paul's. At our core is a strong sense of community and family. We celebrate one another as often as we are able, and we love to share food together (cake is kind of our thing). We strive to support each other and those in the local community through an active outreach program.

Our community ministries include:

- the Pantry, which provides food and other necessities to singles and families at no charge;

- the Brown Bag Lunch program, which assures that those who miss or can’t afford a meal don’t go hungry;

- retirement home worship services; and

- providing emotional, social, and spiritual support to those who are housebound, in hospital, or just need a listening ear.

As a congregation of the United Church of Canada, we believe in a greater unity of all people. We seek loving relationships, and invite all people, wherever they might be on their faith journey, to join with us.

If you'd like to find out what we're all about, we invite you to join us for a Sunday service. We get underway at 10:30 a.m. each week, and Sunday school/Children's activities are available. Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable. After every service we have a time of Coffee and Conversation in the hall, where - if you choose - you can have a chat over coffee, tea and snacks.
