This is the donation page for the WILKINSON ST DAVID'S REFUGEE FUND.

All money donated here goes directly to this cause.

St. David's is a small, friendly multicultural church located across from Donlands subway station in Toronto. Currently St. David's is partnering with a community group that includes students, parents and teachers from Wilkinson School, as well as neighbours and friends. Together we want to sponsor a refugee family.

Our goal is to fundraise $35,000-$47,000 to help a refugee family settle into our community in their first year upon arrival.

OUR PROJECT IS NOW FULLY FUNDED AND WE ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTING DONATIONS. Thank you to all who so generously supported us! A refugee family of six arrived in September 2016 and is settling in well. The new beginning for this family would not have been possible without your generosity! (If you wish to make a donation to help with refugee settlement, we suggest that you consider donating to AURA - the Anglican United Refugee Alliance. AURA provides essential work in the sponsorship and settlement of refugees in Canada and was our sponsorship agreement holder for the Wilkinson-St. David's sponsorship project. There is certainly more work to be done.)
